Recycling

Using the latest technology available for recycling not only reduces the waste stream, it is a profitable way of reusing materials such as precious metals (copper, gold, aluminium etc), plastics (PVC, ABS, HIPS, PET etc) and Glass. Hamos, Mesutronic and SEA are pioneers in recycling technologies, capable of reclaiming materials in a cost effective and efficient way.

Hamos – Electrostatic and Triboelectric Separators

Visit our Hamos Recycling page

The Hamos KWS triboelectric separator is designed for the separation of metal/non-metal mixtures, such as cable scrap, shredder/grinding dust, alu-plastic compounds etc. The KWS recovers the finest metallic particles within a dry separation process.

The Hamos EKS electrostatic separates plastic mixtures in pure fractions. It is typically used for the separation of HDPE/PP, ABS/PMMA, PVC/Rubber, HIPS/ABS, PVC/PE, PET/PVC, PP/PS. No liquids are required for the separation and a single system can separate many different plastics, regardless of specific weight or colour.

SEA – Colour Sorters

Visit our SEA Recycling page

The Selekta colour sorters are widely used within the Plastics, Glass and Minerals industry for the recovery of precious materials and removal of non-conforming products, thus improving the purity of the final output. Systems can automatically be configured to run with or without re-pass mode, giving you the option to increase productivity and/or final quality.

Mesutronic – Metal Detectors and Metal Separators

Visit our Mesutronic Recycling page

Mesutronic metal detectors and metal separators are used for machine protection and removal of metal contamination within a non-conductive product mix. This simple and cost effective measure reduces the machine downtime and improves the final product quality.
