Safety Monitoring Unit for (Grain) Driers

This system supervises the dryer operation and complies with safety requirements of many leading insurance companies.  It constantly monitors the condition of the dryer, independent of the dryer controller.  If irregularities occur, i.e. overheating caused by a material jam, the system automatically switches the slide gate control, ventilation etc. to prevent burning.  It can log up to 1,000 events and has an emergency power supply onboard.  The system can also be equipped with GSM remote alarm module, allowing transmission of the alarm message to eight different numbers. The Temperature Sensors  are protected to IP65 and 80 degrees Celsius.

Damping System

The yield (grinding) system is designed for control and efficiency analysis of mills. Up to 16 balancing or throughput units can be controlled. The unit continuously evaluates and summarizes the actual throughput values. Small fluctuations, tonnage per hour and extraction in % are displayed on a bar graph and numeric.  Grain Moisture and Specific Weight Measurement

The Granolino allows you to measure with a high degree of accuracy the humidity in the product.  Legalized in various countries by The Gauging Office, the unit has two separate measuring sections and a large sample volume of one litre.
